<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor element attaching structure and method capable of accurately positioning and assembling a lens unit and a sensor element.SOLUTION: A sensor element is mounted on a substrate, the substrate has a hole, a fixing metal fitting is engaged into the hole of the substrate, and the sensor element is bonded to the fixing metal fitting via an adhesive. The substrate on which the sensor element is bonded to the fixing metal fitting is mounted on a lens unit, then a holding metal fitting is placed on the substrate, and the holding metal fitting is fixed to the lens unit via a screw without fixing the substrate.</p> |
