The present invention relates to a sub suspension device (2) for suspending a monitoring device. A suspension device includes a hook member (20), a blocking member (22), and an elastic member. The suspension device (2) has an opening state and a closing state. T suspension device (2) is formed to allow the hook member (20) to support the weight of the monitoring device and move to the opening state when the suspension device (20) suspends the monitoring device, and to allow the elastic member to move to the closing state when the weight of the monitoring device (20) is released from the hook member (20). The prevent invention also relates to a monitoring device including the suspension device (2).
