<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in that a conventional stream transmission of moving images requires a long time for which transmission of moving images stops because a frame transmission skip and GOP unit transmission skip are carried out when a transmission process on the transmission device side is not smooth.SOLUTION: An image transfer device comprises: coding means for coding an image in a coded-block unit; transfer means for transferring coded data of the image, coded by the coding means; first acquisition means for acquiring information about an amount of space of a transmission buffer; second acquisition means for acquiring the degree of priority of a tile, which is an area that includes the plurality of coded blocks and that can be processed in parallel in the area unit by the coding means; and control means for controlling the transmission means on the basis of information about the amount of space of the transmission buffer acquired by the first acquisition means and on the basis of the degree of priority of the tile acquired by the second acquisition means in order to be processed, such that data corresponding to the tile to be processed is transmitted.</p> |
