<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of amorphous cellulose capable of obtaining stable amorphous cellulose that is hard to be crystallized even in water.SOLUTION: A production method of amorphous cellulose includes a step for dissolving a raw material containing crystalline cellulose in a mixed solution of amines and an inorganic salt to obtain a cellulose solution, and a step for adding alcohol or acetone to the cellulose solution to regenerate cellulose. The amines are at least one compound selected from the group consisting of ethylenediamine, ammonia, and hydrazine. The inorganic salt is a thiocyanate or an alkali metal iodide salt.</p> |
