PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid phantom device and a charged particle beam treatment apparatus which are capable of shortening measuring time for measuring radiation dose distribution.SOLUTION: A liquid phantom device comprises a two-dimensional radiation dose measuring part 13 in which a plurality of detection elements are arranged within a measuring surface, and is constituted that radiation dose at each measuring point within the measuring surface is simultaneously measured. A length in a direction where an irradiation axis of charged particle beam of liquid stored in a storage part 11 extends is changed to change a moving distance of the charged particle beam in the liquid, the two-dimensional radiation dose measuring part 13 is moved along a direction (Z direction) where the irradiation axis of the charged particle beam extends, and three-dimensional radiation dose distribution is measured.
