PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a totally-enclosed rotary electric machine with an inner fan capable of uniformly distributing the temperature within a frame.SOLUTION: The rotary electric machine has a frame 16 air-tightly sealing a rotor 11 and a stator 14; and an inner fan 19 fixed to a rotation shaft 10 in the frame 16. The frame 16 includes a first bracket 17 that seals a first end of the frame 16 in an axial direction and supports a first bearing 12. The inner fan 19 is disposed between the first bracket 17 and a first end closer to the first bracket 17 in an axial direction of the rotor 11. The inner fan 19 has plural radial paths 20 for guiding the air from the first end of the rotor 11 in the axial direction to the outside in a radial direction in the axial direction; and a blade part 21 protruding toward the first bracket 17 in the axial direction neighboring to the plural radial paths 20 closer to the first bracket 17. |
