The present invention is a manufacturing equipment for an elbow type heat retaining cover and, more specifically, a forming apparatus for an elbow type heat retaining cover that has a bulging part at the upper part for durability and flexibility. The present invention comprises: a lower-part mold (22) and an upper-part mold (23) for the formation of an upper-part heat retaining cover (11); a frame (21), which support the lower-part mold (22) and the upper-part mold (23) and which retains a constant height from the ground; a rotating motor (25), which is connected to the lower-part mold (22) and which rotates the lower-part mold (22) during the bulging forming step; a press (27), which is assembled to the lower-part mold (22), which moves the upper-part mold (23) perpendicularly upward, to form a board; a bulging mold (24), which is joined to another (27) and which formed a bulging part (20); a replacement cylinder (28), which is to replace the upper-part mold (23) and the bulging mold (24); and an extraction cylinder (29) for the extraction of molded goods from the lower-part mold (22). An upper-part heat retaining cover that is manufactured in accordance with the present invention has a high durability due to the bulging part of the upper-part heat retaining cover that is arranged in a radial form around the central circle of the elbow, can be moved in a flexible way to allow flexibility for construction, and is durable against expansion and shrinkage due to changes in temperature. |
