The present invention relates to a core for winding a web. More specifically, the present invention relates to a core for winding a plastic web, to the surface of which an elastic material is attached to form a spatial bandwidth making up a recessed area on the surface of the elastic material in a lateral direction to the circular plane. Therefore, the lateral folds of the web after winding are significantly reduced in the early attachment of the web with use of the spatial bandwidth.
