Disclosed is a method to cut a non-metallic material capable of improving cutting speed, and processing a cut surface with high quality. The method to cut a non-metallic material comprises: a step of setting a primary laser focal point on a first depth in a non-metallic material; a step of changing the internal properties of the non-metallic material by irradiating primary laser while relatively moving the non-metallic material, and the primary laser along a cutting line after setting the focal point; and a step of irradiating a secondary laser along the cutting line.
