Provided are Lactobacillus crispatus 262-1 and inoculant containing the bacterial strain. The Lactobacillus crispatus 262-1 has the Deposit No. of CGMCC No. 6469 in the China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center, and has good acid production and H2O2 production capabilities, and good capability of adhering to vaginal epithelial cells, and dramatically resists bacterial vaginosis and various vaginal infections. Also provided are a use of the bacterial strain in preparation of drugs for preventing and/or treating gynecological diseases, and application thereof in woman health products such as medical instruments, disinfectant products or cosmetics. |
