PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device which can reduce power consumption; and provide a semiconductor device using a program element having high reliability.SOLUTION: In a semiconductor device, supply or non-supply of power source voltage to a basic block is changed according to a change of a connection structure between basic blocks. That is, when a basic block which does not contribute to a circuit configuration occurs due to a change in connection structure between the basic blocks, supply of power source voltage is stopped. In addition, supply of the power source voltage to the basic block is controlled by a program element using an insulated-gate field effect transistor using an oxide semiconductor which has minimum off-state current and minimum leakage current. |
