A smart order management system according to the present invention comprises: an NFC tag installed in a store for each branch; an order management server for integrally managing the order information of the store for each branch; a settlement management server for approving a request for settlement according to the order information; an information management server for collecting and analyzing the order information and user information; and a terminal capable of wirelessly communicating with the order management server, the settlement management server and the information management server and capable of near field communication with the NFC tag. According to the present invention, the temporal and spatial limitation of a store can be overcome. |
