The present invention systematically manages a supplier for supplying electricity in order to charge an electric vehicle and a consumer using the electricity in order to charge the electric vehicle, and enables a more reasonable and precise fee calculation on the basis of a charging electricity usage fee calculation criterion. The present invention enables charging of the electric vehicle by mutually connecting: an individual billing system of an electric power company for supplying electricity; a managing operator for managing an electricity supply unit provided by the electric power company so as to charge the electric vehicle and calculating the charging electricity usage fee with the electric power company; a mobile communication network connected with the managing operator to provide a communication network; and a consumer for paying a fee for the amount of charging electricity used, thereby enabling costs on the basis thereof to be offset by the managing operator and the electric power company. |
