A method of manufacturing a furniture board according to the present invention comprises the steps of: penetrating a thermoplastic melamine resin into cosmetic printing paper; depositing the cosmetic printing paper into which thermoplastic melamine is penetrated on a board to join the cosmetic printing paper with the board; applying pressure and heat to the joined cosmetic printing paper and board to prepare a cosmetic board; and coating the prepared cosmetic board with a functional paint composition for indoor air quality improvement by a spraying method and drying the coated board, wherein the functional paint composition includes titanium dioxide covered with hydroxyl apatite, thickner, stabilizer, binder, and water.
