摘要 Disclosed are a hot-dip zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy plated steel sheet having excellent formability and plating adhesion, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to an aspect of the present invention, the manufacturing method of the hot-dip zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy plated steel sheet having excellent formability and plating adhesion comprises: a step of preparing a hot-rolled steel sheet; a step of generating cracks on the hot-rolled scale of the hot-rolled steel sheet; a step of removing the hot-rolled scale by processing the hot-rolled steel sheet with shot blasting, and investing surface roughness; and a step of plating the hot-rolled steel sheet from which the hot-rolled scale is removed, and to which the surface roughness is invested with zinc, aluminum, and magnesium by dipping the hot-rolled steel sheet into a zinc-aluminum-magnesium based alloy plating bath.
