<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double layer film which includes a base film having a layer formed from a resin containing an alicyclic structure-containing polymer, has high adhesive power, and maintains the adhesive power for a long period of time even in a high temperature and high humidity environment. <P>SOLUTION: The double layer film includes: a base film having a layer formed from a resin containing an alicyclic structure-containing polymer on its surface; and a urethane resin layer formed by curing a resin containing a polyurethane.
