Disclosed is an apparatus for tracking solar light on water. According to one embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for tracking solar light on water comprises: a solar panel comprising a panel-shape frame, wherein multiple solar cells are arranged; a buoyant formed as a hollow cylindrical shape polyhedron and composed of multiple pipes linking multiple supporting tanks adjacent to each other, wherein the upper portion of the supporting tanks support the lower part of the solar panel; an angle adjustment unit capable of adjusting an inclination of the solar panel by organically moving the water stored in a partial space of a supporting tank to another supporting tank via the pipes according to a tracking signal; multiple fixing wires linking the solar panel and the land; a solar light detection unit attached on the solar panel and detecting solar light; a wind direction and wind speed detection unit for measuring external wind direction and wind speed; an emergency drive unit for collecting the water of the supporting tanks to a subsidiary tank provided in the center of the lower portion of the buoyant according to a safety control signal so as to allow the solar panel to maintain a level; and a control unit for using a light quantity of the detected solar light to generate the tracking signal so that the upper surface of the solar panel faces an irradiation direction of solar light, and identifying the external wind direction and wind speed so as to control the generation of the safety control signal. |
