<p>Disclosed is a liquid-crystal panel manufacturing method in which defective regions of an alignment film can be repaired more easily. Said method includes: a step in which an alignment film is formed on the surface of a substrate via inkjet-style discharge of a liquid coating; and a step in which a repair ink is applied in order to repair defective regions of the alignment film. The liquid coating contains: solids comprising a material that forms the alignment film; a strong solvent; and an adjustment solvent. The repair ink has a lower concentration of solids than the liquid coating, and the ratio of the strong solvent to the adjustment solvent is lower in the repair ink than in the liquid coating.</p> |
