The present invention relates to a non-flammable board using expanded polystyrene particles and a manufacturing method of the non-flammable board, and more particularly to a non-flammable board using expanded polystyrene particles, which are rolled-formed by mixing and kneading ground and expanded Styrofoam with a selected one of aluminum phosphate and aluminum silicate in order to have non-flammability, and a manufacturing method of the non-flammable board. The present invention is manufactured through rolling forming by mixing and kneading mixed material of ground and expanded polystyrene particles of 10 to 50 wt% and aluminum phosphate of 50 to 90 wt%, mixture of hydrogen peroxide solution of 30 to 50 wt% and potassium silicate of 50 to 70 wt%, the mixed material of 10 to 40 wt%, and the mixture of 60 to 90 wt% with each other. The present invention is provided to secure durability and safety of a building and prevent toxic gas from generating in case of fire. |
