<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin filling apparatus of a rotor for an electric motor which ensures to prevent the occurrence of burrs while filling a resin, thereby improving the production efficiency and contributing to the energy saving. <P>SOLUTION: A resin filling apparatus 1 fills a melted resin into magnet insertion holes 33 provided at a lamination iron core 3 of a rotor for an electric motor. The resin filling apparatus 1 has: a resin transmitting die 11; a facing die 12; and a pressing mechanism part 13 holding the lamination iron core 3 between the resin transmitting die 11 and the facing die 12 and applying the compressive force. The resin transmitting die 11 is provided with one or multiple discharge ports so as to face openings 331 of the magnet insertion holes 33 and has a plate like gate plate 2 detachably provided on a surface which contacts with an end surface of the lamination iron core 3 and a transmitting mechanism part 111 transmitting the melted resin to the discharge ports. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
