The present invention relates to a plunger to improve a high-frequency property of a fluid mount. The plunger is installed in a fluid-filled mount; a pipe shaped downward extending portion extended downward from the circumference of the plunger; a disk shaped vertical stopper extended toward a vertical axis of the plunger from the downward extending portion; a pipe shaped elastic spring vertically protruding toward the vertical stopper from the plunger; and a disk shaped mass attached to the elastic spring. A flow of viscous oil embedded in the fluid-filled mount is partially ensured in a range of at least 500Hz frequency so as to prevent a Kd value from significantly being increased since deformation of the plunger is limited by the mass and the vertical stopper installed in the plunger. |
