<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a member for restricting luggage in a seat for a vehicle on which the luggage such as a bicycle is loaded at a vehicle rear side. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle includes front seats 20R and 20L arranged in a floor 10, and rear seats 30 arranged on the floor 10 at the back side of the front seats 20R and 20L. The right and left pair of front seats 20R and 20L standing on the floor 10 includes risers 21 and 41 which becomes legs of a seat body of the front seats 20R and 20L. A rear seat 30 falls down so that a back face of the rear seat 30 continues to the floor 10 of a back side of the rear seat 30, and leg space for the rear seat 30 is formed between the right and left pair of risers 21 and 41.
