<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an annular display banner with high an appealing effect capable of showing both surfaces of the display banner at the same time and having high visibility due to a stereoscopic effect thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The display banner is formed of a strip-like sheet capable of recording information at least one of the surface and the backside. An adhesive part comprising an adhesive layer is provided near one end of the display banner backside. The adhesive part is stuck to the other end of the display banner backside to form a Moebius loop.
