<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission device etc. capable of preventing deteriorated data transmission performance.SOLUTION: The transmission device includes an output queue for each user flow, and a buffer for storing an input packet into an output queue corresponding to a user flow the packet belongs to. The transmission device further includes: a list table storing a link list indicative of the output sequence of each user flow; an issue unit for issuing, by referring to a top entry in the link list, a credit to the output queue corresponding to the user flow; and an output control unit for outputting a packet on a packet-by-packet basis from the output queue to which the credit is issued.</p> |
