Fully veneered dental replacement crown, crown frame and production thereof
摘要
In the dental replacement crown according to the invention the veneer compositions are applied to a crown frame which is shaped by special industrial shaping such that it adapts semi-automatically to the stump mould of a prepared tooth whereupon it is soldered to form a rigid metal frame to which is additionally imparted an automatic increase in strength due to diffusion during thermal treatments. The semi-automatic adaptation is achieved in that the crown frame is previously embossed from structures which have a number of defined recesses and an outer ring and are pre-shaped in such a way that conical caps are produced in which vertical segments lying one on top of the other are kept in position by a resilient ring although they are arranged so as to be displaceable radially outwards. Adaptation and soldering result in a creaseless support frame having a maximum of two layers. <IMAGE>
