PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration in a sensitivity distribution caused by arrangement of partition substrates in a radiation imaging apparatus having a structure in which a plurality of partition substrates is bonded to an imaging substrate.SOLUTION: A radiation imaging apparatus 100 includes: an imaging substrate 230 on which a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements 232 is arranged in a matrix; a plurality of partition substrates 411 and 412 divided into a plurality of blocks by walls 415 at a predetermined pitch; and fluorescent substances 440 formed in the respective blocks, the partition substrates 411 and 412 being arranged so that the blocks have a constant pitch.
