The present invention relates to an apparatus for preparing a skewer which enables small skewer grill businesses with a limited space to prepare and provide skewers instantly and time efficiently. The present invention is configured to have a simple structure and an easy manipulation, wherein materials for skewers, which are prepared on a tray by a worker, are squeezed and then automatically inserted with skewers in a supply container containing skewers. The present invention comprises: a skewer supply unit for aligning skewers in the supply container containing skewers and sequentially supplying skewers by dropping the same; a skewer insertion unit for placing the skewers, which are supplied by the skewer supply unit, on a pressurized feed so as to be inserted by a pusher; a tray arranged on the lateral side of the skewer supply unit and placing the materials for skewers; a liftable contact plate arranged in the upper part of the tray so as to squeeze the materials of skewers; and a sensor for sensing the lowering of the liftable contact plate. |
