The present invention relates to a seawater desalination system using solar energy and, more specifically, to a seawater desalination system using solar energy, which has a relatively simple structure by selecting a seawater desalination system of an evaporation method that generates seawater vapor by heating seawater and obtains fresh water by cooling and condensing the generated seawater vapor. In addition, the present invention requires less maintenance costs as the external energy supply can be minimized by making use of solar energy using solar heat or photovoltaic generation power for a heat source to evaporate seawater. The seawater desalination system using solar energy in accordance with the present invention, which obtains fresh water from seawater by an evaporation method, comprises: a solar energy heat source unit for heating a thermal fluid using solar heat and photovoltaic generation power; an intake unit for taking seawater, the target for desalination; an evaporation unit for generating seawater vapor by evaporating seawater through heat exchange with the thermal fluid heated from the solar energy heat source unit; and a condensation unit for obtaining fresh water by condensing the seawater vapor generated from the evaporation unit. The condensation unit includes: a chamber into which the seawater vapor generated from the evaporation unit flows and having a concentrated water accumulation space where concentrated water is gathered; a vapor condensation plate which has a cooling flow path through which cooling water flows therein so that the seawater vapor flowing into the chamber is cooled and condensed and a condensation projection protruding downward; and a fresh water collection plate which is arranged in a lower portion of the vapor condensation plate and has a collecting hopper, having a shape that is wide in an upper portion and is narrow in a lower portion, in order to collect fresh water falling from the condensation projection. |
