PREPARATION METHOD OF NANO-SIZED HOLLOW PARTICLE BY DISPERSING STRUCTURE IN SALT SOLUTION, SPRAYING AEROSOL OBTAINED FROM THE PRODUCT, REMOVING SOLVENT AND PRECIPITATING SALT, HEATING THE PRODUCT AT SUITABLE TEMPERATURE, AND REMOVING SALT

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a nano-sized hollow particle is provided, to reduce a multi-step from the removal of structure to the post-heat treatment to a single step, to minimize the amount of waste water and to allow a hollow particle to be produced massively. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of dispersing a structure coated with an outer film in a salt solution uniformly; making aerosol from the obtained product and dispersing the aerosol in air; removing the solvent constituting the aerosol to evaporation and precipitating salts into crystal; maintaining the obtained product at a temperature where the structure can be removed and the outer film can be crystallized, to prepare a hollow particle; and removing salt from the obtained one to prepare a nano-sized hollow particle. Preferably the outer film comprises a metal oxide or a metal material; and structure comprises at least one material selected from polystyrene and PMMA; and the salt is at least one selected from the group consisting of NaCl, AlF3, BaCl2, BaF2, BeSO4, CaSO4, MgSO4, MgF2, NiF2, ScF3 and SrF2.
