<p>A method for manufacturing a crucible for the crystallization of silicium comprising the steps of .preparing a slurry of solids and liquids, said solids consisting of .silicon metal powder .up to 25% (w/w) SiC powder .up to 10% (w/w) SiN .up to 0.5% (w/w) of a catalyst .up to 1% (w/w) of a binder .forming the slurry into a green body of a crucible .heating the green body in a nitrogen atmosphere, optionally comprising inert gas, to react the silicon at least partially to silicon nitride.</p> |
