The present invention relates to a ferromagnetic nano metal powder, and more specifically, to a ferromagnetic nano metal powder which reduces a void ratio between soft magnetic powders of micro size, and increases filling density. According to an embodiment of the present invention, high filling density can be achieved and high magnetic characteristic can be shown in high frequency by providing the ferromagnetic nano metal powder to fill voids which are necessarily generated when manufacturing an inductor or the like by using soft metal powders.
