The present invention relates to an F&thgr; lens module for laser processing. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the F&thgr; lens module for laser processing comprises: a lens barrel including a sidewall having an accepting space inside, an opening formed on the sidewall to expose the accepting space to the outside, and an irradiation part; an optical part including an F&thgr; lens arranged in the accepting space of the lens barrel; and a heating part arranged on the lens barrel. Therefore, the F&thgr; lens module for laser processing maintains the temperature of the F&thgr; lens to be higher than the temperature of heat generated in the processing of an actual product with the use of the heating part, thereby reducing temperature variation for correcting and processing the actual product and processing position variation for the actual product.
