PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce a laminate which can maintain mechanical strength and is excellent in adhesion strength with a conductor layer.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a laminate which comprises: (A) a step of preparing an adhesive sheet in which thermosetting resin composition layers having a thickness of 1μm to 10μm and a pencil hardness of 2B or more are provided on an organic support; and (B) a step of disposing one or more prepregs between two adhesive sheets disposed so that thermosetting resin composition layers face each other and integrally molding the adhesive sheet by heating at 200°C or more and pressurizing under reduced pressure.
