The lentiviral vector contains a promoter directingthe transcription of a transgene, which preferably encodes a microbial or tumor antigen to be expressed in a mammalian cell host, preferably APC(DCs).The invention encompasses these vectors, methods of making the vectors, and methods of using them, including medicinal uses.</p> |
