METHOD FOR CREATING FLUID MODEL INSIDE ELECTRIC PRECIPITATOR, AND PROGRAM FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for creating a fluid model inside an electric precipitator, enabling a fluid model for predicting a flow of exhaust gas inside the electric precipitator to be easily created, and enabling a calculation load when performing analysis using the created fluid model to be reduced thereby enabling a time of the flow analysis of the exhaust gas of the electric precipitator to be shortened.SOLUTION: The method for creating a fluid model inside an electric precipitator simulating a flow inside the electric precipitator includes: a flow straightening plate model creation step of modeling nearly circular through holes of a flow straightening plate; and a flow passage model creation step of modeling a flow passage of an inlet duct, a dust collection part and an outlet duct. The flow straightening plate model creation step has: a first flow straightening plate model creation step of creating a first flow straightening plate model having the through holes each having a tapered shape in which a diameter on the outlet duct side of the through hole is enlarged; and a second flow straightening plate model creation step of creating a second flow straightening plate model by moving nodes on the outlet duct side of the first flow straightening plate model to positions in each of which a shape of each through hole becomes nearly cylindrical.
