<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify spoke fixing on a rim side of a bicycle wheel.SOLUTION: A nipple 50 has a head part 51 and a body part 52 extended from the head part. The head part 51 is formed into a flange shape having larger diameter larger than that of a spoke holding hole 42 of a rim 40, and its apex surface is a spherical surface. The body part 52 is extended from the head part 51, as a columnar body having a tip end part 52t on an opening end side continuous to a body base part 52b of the side of the head part 51. The body part 52 has a columnar side wall as a taper side wall which has large diameter almost equal to that of the head part 51. In addition the nipple 50 has a spoke insertion hole 53 and a female screw hole 54, and the spoke insertion hole 53 has larger diameter larger than diameter of a spoke 25, and is opened at the apex surface of the head part 51, and the female screw hole 54 is formed continuously to the spoke insertion hole 53, and is screwed to an end part male screw 27 of the spoke 25.</p> |
