<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of chocolate which is superior to production efficiency in molding and cooling steps and can arrange and multiple molding and cooling lines in a small space, and to provide chocolate manufactured with the manufacturing method.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of chocolate includes: a first molding step molding liquid chocolate on a first belt conveyor; a second molding step molding the liquid chocolate on a second belt conveyor provided on or under the first belt conveyor; and a cooling step making the liquid chocolate molded on the first and second belt conveyors pass a multi step belt conveyor-type cooling system that at least the first and second belt conveyors can pass, and getting the chocolate by cooling and solidifying the liquid chocolate.</p> |
