<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic composition with pH response characteristics.SOLUTION: There is provided the cosmetic composition containing a component (A) which is a carboxyl group-modified amylose represented by the following general formula (1), and (B) one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of a perfume, deodorizer, anti-oxidant, antiperspirant, cold sense agent, warm feeling agent, bactericide, moisturizing agent, and oil solution. (In the above general formula (1), R, R, and Rare each independently a group selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen atom, -COCHCOOH group, -COCHCHCOOH group, -COCHCHCHCOOH group, -COCH=CHCOOH group, -COCHCOOH group, -CHCOOH group, -CHCHCOOH group, and -CHCHCHCOOH group; n is a positive integer; in n glycol units, the combination of Rto Rmay be the same and may be different; and the number of carboxyl groups per glucose unit is 0.1 or more to less than 0.9.)</p> |
