PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of accurately reproducing an abnormal image without damaging security holding characteristic, to quickly cope with repair of the abnormal image.SOLUTION: Relating to a print image data input in an image input part 210, a character data in a character region is falsified at an image falsifying part 220 in parallel to normal image formation, and the falsified print image data is accumulated in a data accumulation part 230. At the time of occurrence of an abnormal image, a falsifying image data (abnormal image sample) is printed by operation of a customer at an operation part 240, for reading. The falsifying image data, reading data, and the like are made into files and distributed to a maintenance management server at a call center through internet by a communication part 270. Analyzing is performed at the call center, and if possible, an image forming apparatus 100 is repaired by remote control. |
