PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a hat from being blown by wind in order to dissolve anxiety and danger because anxiety is present when the hat is blown in stepping on a bicycle or in the strong wind during wearing the hat, and the hat is held with one hand for preventing it from being blown by wind in the traveling with the bicycle, resulting in becoming one-hand operation to cause danger.SOLUTION: An attached type belt comprises: one belt being a female loop fastener of a length of the whole inner circumference of a hat; and one belt obtained by fixing a male loop fastener at long one end of long strip net fabric, fixing the long other end of the net fabric in a stretchable belt, and fixing a male loop fastener at both ends of the stretchable belt. The belt being the female loop fastener is attached in the inner circumference of the hat by mutually combining the male and female loop fasteners of these two belts. Consequently, the hat can be fixed on the head circumference, and is never blown by wind. |
