The present invention relates to a light emitting package which can change an LED point light source into a surface light source by inducing the light generated in a light emitting device, a backlight unit, a lighting device, and a method for manufacturing a light emitting device package which comprises a substrate; a light emitting device mounted on the substrate; a transparent sealant installed on the substrate to surround the light emitting device; and an optical system installed on the upper surface of the transparent sealant to induce the light toward the side of the transparent sealant.
