A method and device for accessing a webpage, applicable in smart televisions. When a user signs on to a smart television, if the user is signing on for the first time to a target website, then, when signing on to the target website, a single sign-on connection relationship between user information with which the user signed on to the smart television and the target website is established. With the single sign-on connection relationship established, when the user signs on to the smart television and re-accesses the target website, a website signed-on state is entered directly on the basis of the single sign-on connection established with the website, the need for repeated sign on is obviated, and, when the user is not signed on to the smart television for accessing the website, the single sign-on connection established by a previous user with the website is deleted. The operation is simple, ensures the security of a user account, and enhances user experience. |
