Disclosed is a vehicle headrest assembling apparatus comprising: a stay rod having a plurality of fixating grooves on the side; a guide shaped into a pipe covering the stay rod to pass through and be joined to the stay rod; a cap which is shaped into a cover having a through-hole in the central area, is joined to the top of the guide, and has a fixating member to be locked to or unlocked from the fixating grooves of the stay rod and a support member for supporting the fixating member inside; and an elastic member of which one end and the other end are separately joined to the guide and the cap to restore the cap to its original position when the cap rotates. |
