<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for nucleic acid extraction that can shorten time required for isolation of nucleic acid for nucleic acid amplification and has good preservability.SOLUTION: The device for nucleic acid extraction according to the present invention has a tube part in which a first plug which has a longitudinal direction and consists of wax or oil, a second plug which consists of a first cleaning fluid, a third plug which consists of wax, a forth plug which consists of effluent, and a fifth plug which consists of wax or oil are arranged inside in this order.</p> |
