<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair protectant that protects hair from damage caused by oxidation treatment to hair, particularly permanent wave treatment and hair dying treatment.SOLUTION: A hair protectant with a pH of 3 or more and less than 7 comprises the following (1) and (2) as an active ingredient: (1) water-soluble calcium salt and (2) at least one compound selected from alkyl vinyl ether maleic anhydride copolymer, hydroxy carboxylic acid, and glucono delta-lactone.</p> |
