PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a setting management device capable of preventing the occurrence of mismatching of an access authority associated with display, textile machinery, a yarn winder, and a spinning machine.SOLUTION: A setting management device 5 comprises a display control part 12 that controls display of a display screen of a display part 10. The display control part 12 makes the display part 10 display a first setting area A1 in which access authority of the display screen is set for each display screen and at each access level of an access person getting access to the display screen.
