The present invention relates to a display device including an electrostatic discharge circuit. A display device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a thin film transistor display panel which includes a display area including multiple pixels and a peripheral area around the display area, a signal line located in the peripheral area, and an ESD circuit part which is located in the peripheral area and is connected to the signal line. The ESD circuit part includes a first part and a second part which are located in the same layer as part of the signal line and face each other separated by a space, and a connection member which is located in a different layer from the first part and the second part and is electrically connected to the first part and the second part.
