The present invention relates to a power dual control apparatus for a hydroxyl radical generator, comprising: an H bridge circuit which switches a hydroxyl radical generation unit and a plurality of switching devices to supply power having polarities switched for negative and positive electrodes to the hydroxyl generation unit; and a switching unit which switches the switching devices of the H bridge circuit, wherein the power dual control apparatus comprises: a voltage detection unit which detects voltage applied to the hydroxyl generator unit; a current detection unit which detects current consumed in the hydroxyl generator unit; an input voltage regulation unit which regulates voltages applied to the H bridge circuit by control of a control part; and a control unit which, in response to changes in a load current in the hydroxyl radical generation unit depending on electric conductivity, controls pulse width modulation (PWM) duty for controlling the switching unit so as to control output voltage outputted from the H bridge circuit to the hydroxyl generator unit, when the PWM duty is above a critical value, and maintains the PWM duty above a critical value and controls the input voltage regulation unit to decrease input voltage applied to the H bridge circuit, when the PWM duty is to be regulated below the critical values.
