According to the present invention, a sea water heat source heat pump system using a control of a sea water intake volume can minimize a destruction of a marine environment which may be caused when discharging sea water since controlling the drain temperature of the sea water is possible by changing the intake volume of the sea water, entered into a sea water heat exchanger, in accordance with a difference between the intake temperature of the sea water, passing the sea water heat exchanger, and the drain temperature of the sea water.
