The present invention relates to a security system for encryption algorithm-based medical data. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the security system consists of: a medical data server that contains medical data; a transmission unit that receives a large amount of medical data from the medical data server and transmits split encrypted data based on encryption algorithms; and a reception unit that receives the encrypted data and secures the large amount of medical data by decoding the data based on encryption algorithm.
